Hello,You may be preparing for Christmas over the next week with presents around the home or in vehicles. Please be aware of potential criminal activity in the area. Do not leave gifts, valuables or tools in vehicles on view. Ensure your vehicle is locked even if you are just popping in the house for a couple of minutes. Be mindful of what someone walking past your house can see (presents, handbags, keys and wallets etc.)We are continuing with targeted patrols due to the recent rise in crime. Several premises/vehicle searches have been completed. We have spoken to residents whilst completing patrols and delivered some crime prevention leaflets whilst out and about.Take care.Kind regards.PCSO Reed
